The Capacity Development Program of the Parties to the Nauru Agreement was created for the PNA members to build and strengthen their human resources that will be of use in the sustainable management and development of tuna fisheries.
PNA Capacity Development Program is open to nationals of the Federated States of Micronesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu.
Applications are open year-round. However, take-ins are dependent on availability of the appropriate trainers and funds.
